Return and Exchange

Maonoglobal strives to provide a pleasurable shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns of items in new/unused condition with the original packaging.

Please contact us prior to return/exchange.

If you are not satisfied with our products (Not Quality Problem), we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. And the shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty or damaged due to your fault.

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund

1) Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order date.

2) Item(s) being returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.

3) Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (Please contact our customer service to get it).

4) Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.
